Privacy

This page explains what data Lead Finder stores, why it is stored and how you can have it removed.

Who we are

Lead Finder is offered by Nick van Dullemen E-commerce, registered in the Netherlands.

For privacy questions, contact n.vandullemen@gmail.com.

Data we store

Account data: your email address and the credential data required to sign in. Authentication is handled by our hosting provider, and we never store your password in readable form.

Usage data: your remaining credits, your plan and the business leads returned by your own searches, such as business name, city, phone number, website, rating and review count.

Technical data: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we process this data

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for: authenticating your account, running lead searches, tracking credit usage and showing the leads that belong to your account.

Business contact information

Lead Finder returns publicly listed business information. It is intended for business-to-business outreach. You are responsible for using this information in line with applicable law, including marketing and privacy rules in your market.

Access, storage and separation

Leads are stored per account. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that created it, so other customers cannot read your leads.

Sharing with processors

We use third-party providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, workflow automation and payment processing. They process data on our behalf and only to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and lead data are kept while your account is active. When your account is deleted, the associated data is removed, except where we must retain records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Send your request to n.vandullemen@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
