Lead Finder lets you search for local businesses by business type and city, filter the results and manage them in a private dashboard. The service is intended for business use.

You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

One credit equals one delivered lead for a plain search. In AI Outreach, the credits charged per delivered lead depend on the website-quality filter chosen before the search; writing and sending the personalised email is included at no extra credits. Credits are reserved when a search starts, and any credits not matched by a delivered lead are returned to your balance.

There is no free plan and no free trial credits. New accounts start with 0 credits. Credits are added to your account only after a monthly payment is confirmed, in the amount included with your plan. That amount resets at the start of each paid billing month and does not carry over.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout, including VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Do not use the service to break the law, to send unlawful marketing, to resell raw search output as your own data product, or to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Lead data comes from third-party sources and can be incomplete or out of date. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of a specific commercial result.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Dutch law applies, and disputes are subject to the competent court in the Netherlands.
