Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum contract period and no cancellation fee.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your subscription is not renewed after that date.

You keep access to your plan and its remaining monthly credits until the current paid period ends. Monthly credits do not carry over to a later period.

Payments are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods and for credits that were not used, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at n.vandullemen@gmail.com with your account email and the date and amount of the charge. We will review the payment and correct any error on our side.
